"Simona, together with her husband Massimo, took over the management of this small and welcoming family bakery a few years after Stefano Branchetti, her father, opened it in the early 1980s.
here too, as in all their stores, you can feel the passion and dedication that they have been cultivating for more than 70 years... and that people really appreciate; it is, in fact, easy to find their stores around Prato because of the lines of people who are preparing, from morning to night, to go in and buy some good Tuscan bread or hot schiacciata... maybe even with cracklings, and then come out with bags full of so many typical things that you just can't give up!"
