Branchetti Bakery
"Stefano Branchetti, the mainstay and baker of the family, opened his first bakery together with his brothers in 1954 in Via del Serraglio, in the historic center of Prato.
in the early 80s it changed location, but not the amount of work; yes, the magic of its schiacciate and its bread enchanted every neighborhood of the city.
In 1995 he also opened another bakery in the current location on Via Ferrucci where, still today, he kneads and bakes, with the same passion as the first day, bread, schiacciate, pizzas, cakes and sweets... capable of creating endless lines of people waiting even in the rain."
The bakery is currently run by
Barbara, Simona and Emanuele Branchetti.
