IL BISCOTTIFICIO

"the brothers Emanuele and Monica opened the Branchetti Biscuit Factory in 2007, creating an artisanal laboratory on the outskirts of Prato which, in addition to continuously supplying the family oven, is dedicated daily to the production of typical Tuscan biscuits and leavened products.

Most of the Laboratory is used to produce and package the products but a part remains, as a small shop, used for direct sales all year round.

During the Christmas and Easter holidays, production intensifies to such an extent that the shop transforms into a real collection point, ..
